Job Description
Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Laurelwood, Waterloo. As an SAP Consultant, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation, customization, and support of SAP solutions for our diverse client base. Your role will involve the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and blueprinting through to go-live and post-implementation support. You will be expected to provide expert advice, conduct user training, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Analyze business processes and functional requirements to design and implement effective SAP solutions.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on SAP best practices and system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect resolution.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant in at least one core module (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in a specific module.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Exposure to multiple SAP modules or cross-functional integration experience.
- Previous consulting experience with external clients.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
