Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Consultant to join our growing team in Paddington, London. As an SAP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and analysis to solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into robust, scalable SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in client workshops for requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design across various SAP modules.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and testing activities in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, and reports, collaborating with technical teams.
- Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and integrity.
- Provide expert guidance and support during data migration activities and go-live phases.
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support, ensuring successful adoption of new solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical developers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, functionalities, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, HCM).
- Excellent understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP functionalities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA or an equivalent ECC module.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and an understanding of technical development processes.
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience working in a consulting capacity with external clients.
