Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Web3 Developer to join our fully remote team and help us build groundbreaking decentralized applications (dApps). As a Web3 Developer at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts and blockchain-based solutions that push the boundaries of digital ownership, finance, and interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana).
- Develop and integrate front-end interfaces with blockchain backend services using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries.
- Implement and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) from conception to deployment.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new blockchain technologies and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation for smart contracts and dApp architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Web3 space.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
- Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other blockchain interaction libraries.
- Hands-on experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular).
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync).
- Familiarity with IPFS, Filecoin, or other decentralized storage solutions.
- Knowledge of other blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Polkadot, Avalanche, Near).
- Understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Experience with or knowledge of Rust for Solana development.
- Open-source contributions in the blockchain space.
