Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and meetings efficiently, minimizing conflicts.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, technology setup, and necessary equipment.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling changes and updates.
- Utilize scheduling software and other administrative tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up summaries as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support overall office operations and team needs.
