Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the fundamentals of screen printing setup, including screen preparation and reclaiming.
- Assist with ink mixing and color matching to meet specific design requirements.
- Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses under supervision, following safety guidelines.
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs, identifying and resolving minor issues.
- Load and unload garments and other materials onto printing presses and drying equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
- Adhere to all production schedules and quality control standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or printing inconsistencies to supervisors.
