Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Music Video Production Assistant to join our energetic team in Bristol for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to producers and directors throughout all stages of music video production.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and booking of cast, crew, locations, equipment, and catering.
- Prepare and distribute production paperwork including call sheets, shot lists, release forms, and daily reports.
- Manage petty cash and track expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication between various departments, ensuring information is relayed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist on set with general runner duties, equipment organisation, talent management, and maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
- Conduct research for locations, props, visual references, and potential talent.
- Support post-production efforts by organising footage, managing assets, and assisting with logging and transcription.
- Oversee the collection and return of equipment, props, and other production assets.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude, representing Career.zycto positively to all stakeholders.
Required Skills
