Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties including planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting various crops.
- Prepare soil and planting beds using hand tools and light machinery (where appropriate and trained).

- Sort, clean, and package harvested produce for market or distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm tools, equipment, and work areas.
