Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive lesson plans in assigned subject areas that align with Bavarian curriculum standards.

Required Skills
- State-recognized teaching qualification for secondary education in Germany (Zweites Staatsexamen or equivalent recognition)
- Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two secondary school subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, German, History, English, Biology)
- Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Previous teaching experience at a secondary school level in Germany or internationally.
