In this crucial full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for anyone entering or exiting the premises. Your primary objective will be to meticulously control and monitor access, ensuring that only authorized individuals and vehicles gain entry, while meticulously recording all relevant details. This requires not only a keen eye for detail but also exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from senior management to delivery personnel.
Understanding the importance of access protocols is paramount, and you will be expected to enforce them consistently and courteously. This includes verifying identification, issuing temporary visitor passes, and managing visitor logs in compliance with established security policies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control technologies, reporting any malfunctions or suspicious observations immediately to supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Diligently monitor and control access points for all personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry/exit logs.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of designated areas to ensure perimeter security.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and other security equipment.
- Promptly identify and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized entries, or security breaches.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, and security alerts, following established procedures.
- Provide clear and courteous directions and assistance to authorized visitors and staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company security policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Collaborate with security team members and management to enhance overall security effectiveness.
