Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, both on foot and via vehicle, to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras, to detect and report suspicious behaviour or security breaches.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances, following established procedures.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all individuals on the premises.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and directions.
- Control access to restricted areas, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as required.
- Collaborate with emergency services personnel (police, fire, EMS) during critical incidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Career.zycto with integrity.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
