Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to ensure security.
- Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarm systems.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, potential hazards, and security breaches.
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security threats.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and staff with inquiries and directions.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and thoroughly.
- Control access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points.
- Collaborate with store management and local law enforcement when necessary.

- Grade 10 or equivalent educational qualification.
