ZIMPLOW Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Semiconductor Fabrication Technician to join our advanced manufacturing and automation team in Banket. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain a variety of precision equipment used in the assembly, testing, and calibration of advanced electronic components and systems.
- Perform intricate assembly tasks, including soldering, wire bonding, and component placement under magnification, adhering to strict specifications.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot complex electronic malfunctions in control boards, sensors, and embedded systems.
- Implement and enforce cleanroom-like protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions during component handling and assembly.
- Utilize advanced metrology tools for precise measurement and verification of component specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams to identify and resolve technical issues, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Document all fabrication, assembly, test, and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance on specialized equipment to ensure consistent performance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in microelectronics assembly and soldering techniques.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Experience with precision hand tools and working under microscopes.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex technical instructions and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
- Familiarity with cleanroom principles and ESD control procedures.
