You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR strategies that support our long-term growth, enhance employee engagement, and optimize talent management across all levels. This includes workforce planning, organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
