Job Description
Tanganda Tea Company Limited is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior HR Strategist to join our dedicated team in Chimanimani, Manicaland Province. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating HR strategies that support our long-term growth, enhance employee engagement, and optimize talent management across all levels. This includes workforce planning, organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and retention, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans. You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and HR teams to ensure our human capital strategies are robust, forward-thinking, and compliant with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts, including succession planning, career development, and performance management systems.
- Design and oversee compensation and benefits structures to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Drive organizational development activities, including change management, culture transformation, and leadership development programs.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to senior leadership on complex HR issues, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating potential risks.
