Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to Beachcomber's websites.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and inform content strategy.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation) and collaborate with web developers to implement necessary fixes and improvements.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, headings, and internal linking structures for search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, integrating new knowledge into ongoing strategies.
- Work collaboratively with content, social media, and paid marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
- Generate detailed reports on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for content expansion and optimization based on SEO insights and competitor analysis.
- Manage local SEO initiatives for specific hotel properties where applicable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful ranking improvements and traffic growth.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
