Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page dimensions to enhance organic search rankings and traffic.
- Conduct exhaustive keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap assessments to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits, providing clear and actionable recommendations for site architecture, page speed, schema markup, and crawlability issues.
- Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to optimize existing content and guide the creation of new content aligned with SEO best practices and user intent.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using a suite of tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and evolving industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide expert SEO guidance and recommendations for critical website projects such as redesigns, migrations, and new product or service launches.
- Educate internal teams and clients on the fundamentals of SEO, its strategic importance, and its measurable impact on overall digital marketing success.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality outcomes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist or in a closely related role.
- Profound understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core SEO principles.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong technical SEO acumen, encompassing site architecture, structured data (schema), Core Web Vitals, redirects, and crawl budget optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in on-page SEO, including advanced keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating intricate SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, remote team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
