Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, seating them appropriately.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, inputting them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, anticipating and addressing needs.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
