Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply upholstery techniques under the guidance of experienced craftsmen.
- Prepare furniture frames for upholstery, including minor repairs and spring installation.
- Cut, sew, and apply various fabrics and leathers with precision and attention to detail.
- Measure and cut foam, batting, and other padding materials to fit furniture pieces.
- Operate hand and power tools safely, including staple guns, scissors, and cutters.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with moving and positioning furniture pieces as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold quality.
