Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and system problems.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior IT personnel or specialized teams, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Document all service desk interactions, including detailed problem descriptions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist users with account management, including password resets, account unlocks, and access permissions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot basic software applications and hardware devices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems, applications, and procedures.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills and service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts.
