Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of crew members to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including register operations, cash drops, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including setting up and securing the restaurant.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Support the General Manager in scheduling, performance reviews, and operational planning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
