Career.zycto is urgently seeking dedicated Airport Ramp Agents to join a vital ground operations team in Anderson Lakes, Eden Prairie. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and timely departure and arrival of aircraft. As an Airport Ramp Agent, you will be on the front lines, working outdoors in various weather conditions, executing essential tasks that directly impact flight schedules and passenger satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload luggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft, following strict airline and FAA guidelines.
- Operate various ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs, belt loaders, and pushback tractors in a safe and efficient manner.
- Guide aircraft to and from parking positions using hand signals and communication devices.
- Place chocks and cones around aircraft upon arrival and removal prior to departure.
- Service aircraft lavatories and potable water systems.
- Assist with aircraft pushback procedures.
- Perform general cleanup of ramp areas and assist with de-icing procedures during inclement weather.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and security procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, airline personnel, and fellow team members.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) regularly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (ACI).

- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work environment.
