Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, waybills) accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various carriers and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Receive, unload, and meticulously inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or missing items.
- Verify the contents of shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Accurately package, label, and weigh outgoing products in accordance with company standards and shipping requirements.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and optimal space utilization.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively after receiving proper training.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock records within the inventory system.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and customers regarding shipment statuses.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
