This unique opportunity is designed for maritime professionals who possess extensive experience at sea and are now looking to leverage their deep understanding of vessel operations, international maritime regulations, safety protocols, and crew management in a strategic, operational, or project management capacity. While this position is based onshore, your profound insights into real-world maritime challenges will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and overseeing critical projects that impact global shipping and logistics, or specialized maritime support services.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sea-going realities and strategic corporate objectives. This includes transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior management, driving initiatives for process optimization, and ensuring our clients’ operations remain at the forefront of safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with diverse internal departments such as engineering, supply chain, and compliance, offering expert guidance based on your firsthand experience. This is an unparalleled chance to reshape your career trajectory, applying your sea-honed leadership and technical acumen in a pivotal corporate setting, contributing significantly without the demands of life at sea. Embrace this opportunity to become a key influencer in the future of maritime operations from the heart of Europe, making a tangible impact on the industry’s evolution through innovation and strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on new maritime technologies and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on diverse projects, including logistics, port operations, and supply chain optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on operational performance, safety audits, and project progress.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
