Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to identify client needs and concerns.
- Develop and recommend personalized skincare treatment plans and home care regimens.
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydrating, and specialized facials.
- Execute advanced skincare procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and extractions.
- Educate clients on product ingredients, benefits, and proper application techniques.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and treatment technologies through continuous learning.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately record client information, treatment details, and product sales.
- Assist with retail product sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Skincare Specialist or Esthetician.
