Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, service counters, and dining spaces.
- Wash, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables daily, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a positive attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, ensuring correct change and transaction records.
