Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts to grow our brand's reach.
  • Design, create, and manage promotions and social advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analyze key social media metrics, adjust strategy as needed, and provide actionable insights.
  • Compile comprehensive reports for management showing results (ROI) of social media initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage online reputation, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate content actions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Coordinator or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with conducting audience and buyer persona research.
  • Familiarity with web design and content publishing platforms.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating engaging visuals.
  • Previous experience working within the recruitment or human resources industry.
