Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and talent acquisition objectives.
- Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written copy, infographics) to engage target audiences.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and professional manner, fostering community and cultivating leads.
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
- Analyze data, measure the impact of campaigns using relevant KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, trends, and platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills
- Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
