Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake interviews to assess needs and gather relevant information.
- Provide accurate information and referrals to appropriate community resources, social services, and support programs.
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and navigating application processes for various aid programs.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting all interactions, referrals, and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with senior coordinators and other team members to ensure comprehensive client support and service delivery.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to access services, resolve issues, and ensure their rights are respected.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating community outreach events and workshops to inform the public about available services.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
