Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the initial setup, configuration, and familiarization with Career.zycto's software platforms.
  • Conduct engaging and informative onboarding sessions, both individually and in group settings, adapting to client needs and technical comfort levels.
  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for onboarding clients, resolving issues promptly or escalating complex problems to senior support staff.
  • Create and update comprehensive help documentation, FAQs, and video tutorials to enhance the self-service onboarding experience.
  • Gather client feedback during the onboarding process to identify areas for product improvement and contribute to a better user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients post-onboarding.
  • Monitor client progress during onboarding, proactively reaching out to offer assistance and ensure successful adoption of the software.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mind.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
