Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-defined test cases and scenarios across various software applications, including web platforms, internal tools, and mobile interfaces.
- Document and report software defects, bugs, and inconsistencies using clear and concise language in a structured manner.
- Perform functional, usability, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with the IT and operations teams to understand new features, system enhancements, and user requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback on software usability, performance, and potential improvements to development teams.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
