As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting compelling product demonstrations, crafting tailored presentations, and technically validating solutions that align perfectly with client requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, effectively showcasing solution capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and deliver tailored solution proposals, proof-of-concepts, and technical validation documents.
- Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, providing technical support and guidance to the sales team.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay market feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials, including technical documentation, competitive analysis, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product features to maintain expert-level knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and technical contacts within client organizations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience conducting product demonstrations and technical deep dives.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills, thriving in a remote work environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or team gatherings (approximately 10-20%).
