Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and other kitchen staff in the preparation and cooking of various dishes.
- Perform general kitchen duties, including chopping, peeling, washing, and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Support with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are kept tidy and sanitized throughout service.
- Contribute to menu planning and special event preparation as required.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely dish delivery.
