Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional audio mixing for various projects (music, podcasts, commercials).
- Execute high-fidelity audio mastering, ensuring tracks meet industry standards for loudness and clarity.
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and clients to understand and realize their sonic vision.
- Utilize advanced audio processing techniques, including EQ, compression, limiting, and spatial effects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical audio issues during production and post-production.
- Maintain and operate studio equipment, software, and workstations.
- Manage project files, backups, and archives efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in audio engineering.
- Provide quality assurance for all mixed and mastered audio deliverables.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, or Ableton Live.
- Demonstrable expertise in mixing and mastering techniques (EQ, compression, limiting, reverb, delay, etc.).
- Strong understanding of acoustics, psychoacoustics, and sound theory.
