Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead sound engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and teardown for various projects and events.
- Manage and organize audio cables, microphones, stands, and other essential equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of audio equipment under supervision.
- Support live sound reinforcement, including monitoring levels and making minor adjustments as directed.
- Aid in studio recording sessions, including microphone placement, session preparation, and data management.
- Learn and operate digital audio workstations (DAWs) for basic editing and organization tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of audio equipment and workspaces.
- Conduct equipment inventory checks and report any missing or damaged items.
- Provide general logistical support to the audio production team.
- Actively participate in learning opportunities and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of audio principles and signal flow.
- Familiarity with various types of audio equipment (microphones, mixers, speakers).
- Proficiency in basic computer operation and file management.
