Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients upon arrival, manage check-ins, and guide them through their spa experience.
  • Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, managing client inquiries and booking requests.
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for each client.
  • Perform laundry duties, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh linens for all services.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and serene ambiance of the spa, including common areas, changing rooms, and treatment spaces.
  • Assist massage therapists with non-therapy related tasks, such as stocking supplies and tidying up.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of spa supplies, notifying management of reorder needs.
  • Process client payments accurately and handle basic administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide general support to the spa team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive client journey.

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
