Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients upon arrival, manage check-ins, and guide them through their spa experience.
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, managing client inquiries and booking requests.
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for each client.
- Perform laundry duties, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh linens for all services.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and serene ambiance of the spa, including common areas, changing rooms, and treatment spaces.
- Assist massage therapists with non-therapy related tasks, such as stocking supplies and tidying up.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spa supplies, notifying management of reorder needs.
- Process client payments accurately and handle basic administrative tasks as required.
- Provide general support to the spa team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive client journey.
