As a Wedding Coordinator with Career.zycto, you will be the central point of contact for our cherished clients, guiding them through every step of their wedding planning journey. You will meticulously manage budgets, recommend and liaise with top-tier vendors, develop detailed timelines, and oversee all logistical aspects to ensure a flawless and stress-free experience for the couple and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive wedding proposals and contracts.
  • Source, vet, and manage relationships with various vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, venues, etc.).
  • Create detailed wedding timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
  • Manage wedding budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate and attend vendor meetings, site visits, and tastings.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to clients throughout the planning process.
  • Oversee wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception on the event day.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all vendors and resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Handle post-event follow-up, including final vendor payments and client feedback.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in event planning or wedding coordination (minimum 3 years).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency with event planning software (e.g., Aisle Planner, HoneyBook) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Acute attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Certification from a recognized event planning association (e.g., CSEP, CMP, WPIC).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful past wedding events.
  • Experience with luxury event planning.
  • Multilingual abilities.
