Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, handle inquiries, and book/confirm appointments efficiently.
- Utilize spa scheduling software for accurate booking, rescheduling, and client record management.
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and close out daily transactions with precision.
- Educate clients on spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and retail displays.
- Assist spa therapists with room setup/turnover and ensure readiness for treatments.
- Monitor and replenish spa supplies, towels, and amenities as needed.
- Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform light administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role (preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting).
