Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the spa with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Efficiently manage and schedule appointments, modify bookings, and handle cancellations using specialized booking software.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address all client inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process payments, manage cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate daily financial records.
- Maintain the impeccable cleanliness, organization, and tranquil ambiance of the reception area and common guest spaces.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about all spa services, products, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Assist with retail sales, offering product recommendations that align with client needs and restocking display shelves.
- Anticipate and proactively address guest needs, offering personalized assistance to ensure an exceptional and memorable visit.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with therapists, estheticians, and other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Perform opening and closing duties, including preparing the reception for the day and securing it at the end of shifts.
