Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect potential sponsors and partners across relevant industries.
- Develop tailored and compelling sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Lead negotiations and secure new sponsorship deals, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, events, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor benefits and activations.
- Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and sponsorship best practices to identify new opportunities.
- Manage sponsorship budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
