Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply proper surface preparation techniques, including cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to be painted.
- Assist in the accurate mixing of paints, primers, and clear coats according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain various types of spray painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Apply paint to surfaces, ensuring even coverage, proper thickness, and a smooth, blemish-free finish.
- Conduct quality checks on painted surfaces to identify and correct any imperfections.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste materials properly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance painting skills and knowledge.
