Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading stage equipment, props, and set pieces.
- Participate in the setup and dismantle of staging, lighting, sound, and video equipment under supervision.
- Operate basic stage machinery and tools safely after proper training.
- Support stage managers and technicians during rehearsals and live performances.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of backstage areas and equipment storage.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment as directed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment (or willingness to learn quickly).
