Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring items are stored safely and accessible.
- Replenish sales floor with merchandise, ensuring displays are fully stocked and appealing.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely, if required (training provided).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Support sales floor associates by providing requested merchandise promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
