Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service at all times.
- Assist customers with product location, information, and purchasing decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments, accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and maintain a balanced till, following all company policies and procedures.
- Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure products are clearly priced.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, dusting, and tidying display areas.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory shipments.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Learn about products and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
