Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload deliveries of merchandise efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Organise stockroom and storage areas, ensuring products are stored neatly, securely, and accessibly.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and promotional areas on the sales floor with new stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (First-In, First-Out principle), minimising waste and ensuring product freshness.
- Verify stock against delivery notes and invoices, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods to management immediately.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including shelves, aisles, and the stockroom.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company operational procedures.
- Provide basic assistance to customers on the sales floor when required, directing them to products or appropriate colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.
Required Skills

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull merchandise (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
