Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store and organize stock items in designated locations, ensuring easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our internal tracking systems, performing regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods, ensuring proper packing and documentation for delivery or internal transfer.
- Keep the stockroom clean, tidy, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the identification and reporting of damaged, faulty, or missing items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill material requests promptly and accurately.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or retail environment (hands-on experience counts!).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic inventory management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
