Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate product information.
- Efficiently replenish shelves and ensure products are correctly priced, faced, and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and general store areas.
- Operate till points and handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly (training provided).
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and identifying slow-moving or damaged goods.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and provide mutual support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills
