Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers with product inquiries, helping them find items, and offering recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and fitting rooms.
- Receive, unpack, and organise merchandise, ensuring accurate stock placement and replenishment on the sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock counts and identifying low-stock items.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns as required.
