Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
- Process deliveries and organize storage areas.
