Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive sales and profitability by implementing strategic merchandising, promotional activities, and exceptional customer service standards.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
- Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, associate engagement, and professional development.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering a strong pipeline for future leadership roles.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to consistently achieve sales and operational goals.
- Strong understanding of comprehensive retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and consistently meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail demands.
