Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to operational standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement and enforce robust retail control measures to minimize shrinkage, prevent loss, and safeguard company assets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure banking accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for store staff.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, promotional activities, and store improvements.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
