Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex strategic consulting engagements from problem definition to solution delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, data analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans to senior clients.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client teams to co-create solutions and build organizational alignment.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide proactive insights.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development and project contributions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic role.
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
